Projects
I am Co-Founder of the Dev-Tool Startup Hubql. We create a local-first API Client to speed up testing, sharing, documenting, and shipping APIs. I handle Product Management, Business Development, and Operations.
The project evaluated cloud readiness for the software department of a German insurance enterprise. Interviews and analysis led to a strategy focusing on key IT areas such as Replatform, Retiere, Rehost, Retrain, Repurchase, and Refactor.
Mapped the development workflows of the software department of an insurance group. Critical IT projects were reviewed, and actual processes were modeled in BPMN. An implementation concept was designed for long-term improvements.
Led the technical side of establishing a digital life insurance spin-off. I managed all IT-related subprojects, including requirements engineering, provider selection, software development, and workflow design.
